Hello Friends and Listeners…
For those of you who are new to our group, we are a Brooklyn-based band called Cave Days. In the past year, we have produced a 6 song; self-titled EP, released a music video to our single “Unfocused Eyes”, and played throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan in venues such as Bowery Electric, The Delancey, Lit Lounge, Brooklyn Fireproof, and Glasslands.
All the while, we have been writing a slew of songs to put together and release for our very first full length LP! We have started recording at The Fort Studios in Bushwick, Brooklyn with the immensely talented producer, James Bentley. We’re working hard on this project, however, a full length album is quite the financial endeavor for us 3 lads. That is why we set up a Kickstarter* in order to fund our project.
Kickstarter is a site that helps artists reward people for contributing a pledge towards a project that the artist is working on. We seek your support with our Kickstarter in order to fund the recording, mixing, mastering, production, promotion and distribution of our next album.
Our goal is $4000. We were given 35 days to reach it (Deadline is May 9th!). With your help, we will be able to share this album with you and the rest of the world!
So please come to our Kickstarter Event being held at LITTLE SKIPS on 941 WILLOUGHBY AVE. in Bushwick on April 27th at 9pm!
We will be performing and extended setlist and have a special guest performer afterwards (TBA).
This will be following Michel Belluci’s Art Show.
